摘　　要：衬砌渗漏水是公路隧道常见的病害之一。通常方法仅针对渗漏部位进行处理,导致病害未能得到彻底治理,病害容易再次发生。以贵州省关兴公路蛇形坡隧道衬砌渗漏水病害整治工程为例,从"防、排、截、堵"出发,采用了5种措施对渗漏缝(点)进行修复,同时进行衬砌背后注浆堵水,在两侧施作排水降压孔以降低衬砌背后地下水压力,清理改造隧道排水沟,对衬砌渗漏水进行综合治理,以达到彻底整治的目的。Lining leakage is one of the common encountered diseases in highway tunnel. The general disposal just aim at the leakage sites, and the ailment can＇t be thoroughly handled, which may happen again frequently. Taking the repair of the lining leakage of the snake-like slope tunnel of Guangxing highway as an example, five measures was used to repair the leakage sites from the aspects of ＂defence, drainage, cut-off, plugging＂. At the same time, the injection ＇l^ehind the lining was used to block the leakage water. The drainage ＆ decompression hole was applied at the both sides to reduce the underground-water pressure. The barrel-drains were cleaned up and reconstructed. All these comprehensive treatments were used to dispose the leakage to treat the dsieases thoroughly.
