摘 要:针对轻集料混凝土抗冲击性能差的缺点,采取在轻集料混凝土中添加橡胶粉、聚合物等措施,对轻集料混凝土进行改性,在保证其具有一定路面使用强度的前提下,提高其抗冲击的能力.研究结果表明:橡胶粉添加到轻集料混凝土中后,显著提高了轻集料混凝土的抗冲击韧性;而再掺加少量聚合物后,抗冲击韧性提高效果更为明显.进一步的研究发现:橡胶粉的填充作用以及形成吸收应变能的结构变形中心作用是提高轻集料混凝土抗冲击韧性的主要原因;聚合物的加入,改善了整个混凝土内部的孔隙及界面结构,橡胶粉吸收应变能的结构变形中心作用得以充分发挥,从而改善了轻集料混凝土的抗冲击性能.To improve the impact performance of lightweight aggregate concrete, rubber particles and polymer were mixed into lightweight aggregate concrete to modify the performance of concrete. Conclusions showed that: impact performance was improved when rubber particles were mixed into lightweight aggregate concrete, but when polymer was mixed, the impact performance was improved sharply. Further research indicated that: rubber particles in lightweight aggregate concrete formed many transformation centers and could be used as a kind of fine stuffing, which were the main reasons for the improvement of impact performance of rubberized lightweight aggregate concrete; when polymer was mixed into the eoncrete, the hole and interface structure of concrete were improved, which made the strain energy absorbing function of rubber particles can be exerted entirely, thereby the impact performance of lightweight aggregate concrete was improved.
