摘　　要：风险评估是有线数字电视项目风险管理的重要环节,是成功实施有线数字电视项目的重要前提.该文在分析有线数字电视项目风险因素的基础上,利用模糊综合评价法对有线数字电视项目风险进行定量评估,从而为有线数字电视项目实施提供更为科学、客观的依据.Risk assessment is one of the key processes of cable digital television（CADTV） project risk management ,which can guarantee the successful implementation of cable digital television project. Based on the analysis of risk factors, this paper uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment to assess the risk quantitatively, which provides a more scientifically and objective basis for implementation of cable digital television project.
