从汶川大地震看减灾国际合作

摘　　要：汶川大地震给中国造成了严重的损失,也再一次提醒国内外的决策者和研究人员必须注重发挥科学技术和国际合作在灾害防治和抗灾救助中的巨大作用。从当前国际减灾救援所面临的挑战出发,通过总结中国减灾国际合作的发展过程、发展现状以及在这次汶川大地震中减灾国际合作所发挥的作用,论述了在中国加强国际减灾合作的必要性及下一步的工作重点,以期为灾区的恢复重建和科学总结抗震救灾经验提供参考。The great damage caused by Wenchuan earthquake brings serious losses to China, and once again reminds the domestic and international policy makers and researchers that the great role of the science/technology and international cooperation in disaster prevention and disaster relief must he emphasized. From the challenges faced by the current rescue of international disaster reduction, this paper sums up the development process and status of China＇s international cooperation in disaster reduction as well as its role in Wenchuan earthquake, and then discusses the need to strengthen international cooperation in disaster reduction in China and the focus in next phase of work in order to provide suggestions for reconstruction and restoration of disaster area and aggregate the experiences of earthquake relief.
