摘　　要：社会公德作为对行为主体在社会生活中应当如何的规定,其向法律的转化是实现自身功能价值的途径之一,这种转化有其内在的依据,就具体的向度而言,它既表现为通过法之创制使价值或精神形态的道德内蕴于法律之中,又表现为将规范形态的道德上升为法律规范。As the behavior subject, how should social public morality be regulated in society？ The conversion of social public morality into law is one of the approaches of accomplishing its function and value. This change has inherent basis. As for the concrete approach, on one hand, the value and the spirit of the social public morality should be intrinsically contained in law by legislate. On the other hand, the morality of standard form should be rising to the legal standard.
