摘　　要：规制法治化是网络型公用企业竞争的必要前提,而以反垄断法规制作为其主要内容之一。本文从网络公用企业是否应该受到反垄断法的规制谈起,剖析了反垄断法对公用企业监管存在的局限性,进而提出了相应的完善措施。That regulations become a law is a precondition for the competition among the public network enterprises, and the anti-monopoly law is one of the main contents. This article points out the necessity of making anti-monopoly regulations, analyses its limitation in the enterprise supervision, and puts forward some corresponding measures for the improvement.
