肝豆状核变性肝脏声像图特征的再探讨

摘　　要：１４０例肝豆状核变性（ＨＬＤ）的肝脏声像图特征分为７型：脂肪均匀浸润型、脂肪非均匀多灶浸润型、脂肪非均匀弥漫浸润型、光点闪烁型、岩层征型、树枝状光带型和结节型。ＨＬＤ多样而复杂的肝脏声像图特征与其病程发展的不同阶段有关，反映肝脏铜沉积由轻到重的病理过程，有助于对ＨＬＤ的诊断和病情分析。140 Cases with hepatolenticular disease were studied by ultrasonography.The sonograms of the liver were classified into seven types:uniform fatty infiltration type(10 cases),nonuniform multiple nodular fatty infiltration type(13 cases),nonuniform generalized fatty infiltration type(18 cases),glinting echogenic dots type(20 cases),rock stratum type(41 cases),treelike type(15 cases)and nodular type(23 cases).It was suggested that complex sonographic patterns of liver in hepatolenticular disease were related to the different stages of the pathological processes and reflected pathological degree of copper accumulation from mild to sever.It was concluded that sonographic features were clinically useful in the diagnosis and evaluation of hepatolenticular disease.
