血瘀证患者血管内皮内分泌功能的观察

摘　　要：为探讨血管内皮细胞的分泌功能在血瘀证发病机理中的作用，对２０例血瘀证患者体内一氧化氮（ＮＯ）及内皮素（ＥＴ）水平进行检测，并与健康对照组比较。结果显示患者ＮＯ及ＮＯ／ＥＴ比值均明显减低（Ｐ＜０．０５），提示血管内皮细胞内分泌功能异常可能是血瘀证发病的病理基础之一。In order to study the effect of the endocrine function of vascular endothelial cells on pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome,detections in terms of the levels of serum nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin (ET) were made in 20 blood stasis patients,in comparison with a control group of 20 normal adults.The results showed that the NO level and NO/ET ratio in blood stasis patients dereased noticeably(P<0.05),suggesting that the disorder of endocrine function of vascular endothelium may be one of the pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome.
