摘　　要：学分制的实施给高校学生学习管理工作提出新的课题,通过阐述学分制的内涵,分析了学分制实施以后学习管理面对的新的挑战,提出了学分制背景下高校学生学习管理应采取的相应措施。The implementation of Credit System sets a new subject to the study and management of university students. The article elaborated Credit System＇ s connotation, analyzed the new challenges studnets met in the study and management after the implementation of the Credit System, and proposed corresponding measures to university stydents＇ study and management under the background of Credit System.
