摘 要:摘要:选择本地黄牛及其杂交牛为受体,在集中补饲添加维生素和微量元素的混合精料50~60d后,分别采用一次注射PG、二次注射PG、CIDR+PG、CIDR+PG+VE4种方法进行同期发情处理,并设自然发情组作移植效果比较。结果4种同期发情处理后的发情率分别为:70.00%、85.71%、88.579/6、86.709/6,一次注射PG法的同期发情率明显(P<0.01)低于其它3种处理方法;二次注射PG、CIDR+PG、CIDR+PG+VE及自然发情组的移植受胎率分别为;51.85%、52.00%、47.06%和47.34%,这几组间差异不显著(P>0.05),但它们的移植受胎率均明显(P<O.01)高于受胎率为38.899/6的一次注射PG组。Receptor cow selected from local yellow cattle and crossbred cattle were treated in four groups with different synchronized estrus disposal which were one--time PG, two--times PG, CIDR+PG and CIDR+PG +WE, And natural estrous cattles were selected for control. The synchronization estrus rates were 70. 00%, 85.71%, 88.57% and 86.70%, respectively. The conception rates were 38.89%, 51.85% 52.00%, 47.06% and 47.34%. Both synchronization estrus rate and conception rate were significantly different between the one--time PG injected group and all other groups (P〈(0.01). However, for all other groups, the synchronization estrus rate and conception rate were not statistically significant, respectively (P〉0.05).
