关注学生权利意识变化 构建高校学生管理新思路

摘　　要："80后"学生已经成为目前高校学生的主体。这些学生由于受到特殊时期经济政治体制变化、思想领域变化和大众传媒方式日益多样化等因素影响,学生的权利意识有了很大的变化。这就要求高校教育工作者要主动适应这种变化,创新学生管理工作的思路。我们要正确认定学校与学生之间的法律关系,正确认识和对待高校学生的权利意识,积极引导和培养学生正确的权利意识观念,让学生参与权利维护的实践和讨论,在行动与思考中成熟。Influenced by changes in the special period, such as change in economical and political system, in the thinking world, and in the diversity of mass media, college students, most of who were born after 80s, have been paying more and more attention to their individual rights. Therefore it demands our college educational workers learn to adapt to these changes and bring forth new concepts in student management. We also need to define the legal relationship between colleges and students correctly, understand and treat students＇ rights awareness rightly, and instruct and cultivate it actively, helping students become mature through the participation in rights practice and discussion.
