摘　　要：为提高高速运动微弱目标在雷达搜索状态下的发现概率,本文利用了基于动态规划的雷达检测前跟踪技术。在瑞利杂波条件下,提出了杂波置信上限加航迹检测的新方法。该文较好地解决了该技术在低信杂比下,最终检测门限设置困难和跟踪能力比较弱的问题,提高了信杂比。仿真验证了新方法的有效性。To improve a surveillance radar detection probability of a weak target with high ve- locity during searching mode, this paper applies track-before-detection（TBD） technology based on dynamic programming （DP） algorithm. In the background of Rayleigh clutter, a new detec- tion algorithm for clutter confidence upper limit setting and trajectory detection is put forward. The method solves the problems of the terminal detection threshold setting and poor tracking capability in low signal-to-clutter ratio （SCR） by using TBD technology, and improves the SCR. Simulations testify the validity of the new algorithm.
