摘 要:目的研究多巴胺对兔剥夺性近视眼(form deprived myopia,FDM)Bruch膜的影响。方法取8只7d龄幼兔,随机选择4只,以其右眼作为剥夺性近视(FD)组,以其左眼作为对照组1;以另外4只幼兔右眼作为多巴胺治疗组,以其左眼作为对照组2。FD组及多巴胺治疗组幼兔均缝合右眼睑,各组左眼均开放。缝合后向FD组玻璃体腔注射20μl 0.9%氯化钠溶液,治疗组玻璃体腔注射20μl多巴胺,而后两组均在球结膜下注射0.2ml庆大霉素和地塞米松混合液,每5d注射1次,共4次。8周后,观察多巴胺对兔剥夺性近视眼赤道前后Bruch膜的影响。结果FD组剥夺性近视眼赤道前后Bruch膜厚度[(0.31±0.08)、(0.29±0.17)μm]与对照组1[(0.30±0.13)、(0.20±0.06)μm]并无明显差异(均P>0.05);多巴胺治疗组剥夺性近视眼赤道前后Bruch膜厚度[(0.38±0.08)、(0.42±0.12)μm]均较对照组2[(0.30±0.08)、(0.25±0.07)μm]显著增厚(均P<0.05)。结论多巴胺可以阻止形觉FDM Bruch膜变薄,并有可能使其增厚,但对其超微结构并没有影响。Objective To investigate morphological changes of Bruch membrane in form-deprived myopic rabbits following intravitreal Dopamine injection. Methods Eight 8-day-old rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: in FD group the right eyes of 4 rabbits were assigned as form deprived myopia (FD), with their left eyes as a control group 1; in dopamine group the right eyes of other 4 rabbits were as the Dopamine treatment and the left eyes as control group 2. In both groups right eyelids were sutured and the left eyes were kept open. In the FD group, the deprived eye received 20 l? 0.9% saline injections,in the Dopamine group the deprived eye received an intravitreal injection of 20 l ?of dopamine every five days for a total 4 injections. After an eight-week treatment, the Bruch membrane of anterior and posterior to the equator were evaluated by electron microscopy. Results The difference of mean thickness of anterior and posterior Bruch membrane between FD group [( 0.31 ± 0.08 ), ( 0.29 ± 0.17 ) um] and control group 1 [( 0.30 ± 0.13 ), ( 0.20 ± 0.06 ) u m]was not statistically significant. But the difference was significant between Dopamine group[( 0.38 ± 0.08 ), ( 0.42 ± 0.12 ) p m] and control group 2 [( 0.30 ± 0.08 ), (0.25 ± 0.07) u m]. Conclusion Dopamine can maintain the thickness of Bruch membrane in form-deprived myopic.
