摘 要:目的探讨超声引导自动活检(USGAB)在手术前乳腺癌病理及分子生物学诊断的临床价值。方法将182例超声诊断乳腺癌患者采用USGAB获取病理诊断及分子生物学结果,与外科手术后病理和分子生物学结果相对比。结果182例USGAB取材成功。USGAB组182例病理诊断乳腺癌176例,加做分子生物学检测172例获得结果,4例失败,6例病理诊断良性肿瘤;外科手术组182例,乳腺癌病理诊断178例,全部获得分子生物学结果,4例病理诊断良性肿瘤。结论USGAB是手术前乳腺癌病理和分子生物学诊断的确切、安全、实用的微创方法。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided automatic biopsy(USGAB) in diagnosis of breast cancer before operation. Methods The results of pathology and molecular biology from USGAB before operation were compaered with those from surgery in 182 cases with diagnose of breast cancer. Results USGAB was successful in 182 cases. Of 182 cases, 176 cases had a pathological diagnosis of breast cancer by USGAB before operation, the results of molecular biology in 172 cases were obtained and 4 cases were failed, and the benign masses were pathologically diagnosed in 6 cases. Of 182 cases after surgery, 178 cases had a pathological diagnosis of breast cancer, the results of molecular biology were obtained entirely, and the benign masses were pathologically diagnosed in 4 cases. Conclusion USGAB is an efficient, safe, minimally invasive pathological and molecular biological diagnosis method for patients with breast cancer before operation.
