甲状腺乳头状癌中MRP-1基因的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌中MRP-1基因mRNA和蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法采用逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学(EnvisionTM)法,检测36例甲状腺乳头状癌组织标本中MRP-1基因mRNA和蛋白的表达,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果MRP-1的免疫组化和RT-PCR的检测结果相符(P<0.01)。甲状腺乳头状癌中MRP-1 mRAN表达水平为1.41±0.47,蛋白阳性率为36.1%(13/36),两者均低于正常甲状腺组织、结节性甲状腺肿及滤泡性腺瘤(P<0.05);MRPl基因mRNA和蛋白表达与甲状腺乳头状癌侵袭转移有关(P<0.05)。结论MRP-1基因与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展、侵袭转移及预后有关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of MRP-1 in thyroid papillary carcinoma. Methods The expressions of MRP-1 mRNA and protein were respectively detected using RT-PCR and immunohistoehemical method （Envision^TM ） in 36 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma, and their correlation with clinical pathological parameters was analyzed. Results The results of MRP-1 mRNA expression detected by both testing methods were accordant （P〈0.01）. MRP-1 mRNA expression level of thyroid papillary carcinoma was 1.41±0. 47 with the positive rate of 36.11% （13/36）, which was significantly lower than that of follicular adenoma, multinodular goiters and normal tissue （P〈0. 05）. The expressions of MRP-1 mRNA and protein were significantly related to the invasion and metastasis of thyroid papillary carcinoma （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of MRP-1 is related to the genesis and development, invasion, lymph node metastasis and prognosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma.
