摘  要:目的:探讨计算机辅助设计快速成型三维头颅模型在陈旧性颧骨颧弓骨折畸形治疗中的应用价值。方法:针对2例颧-眶-上颌骨骨折患者,将CT扫描信息,输入三维图像重建工作站并进行三维重建,采用激光快速自动成形机进行模型成型,然后通过三维重建软件及模型进行复位,根据复位的结果指引手术。结果:三维重建模型可精确反映相应颧骨骨标志点的移位情况,根据模型设计进行手术,可准确地达到预定的复位效果。结论:针对颧-眶-上颌骨骨折采用计算机辅助设计快速成型三维头颅模型进行术前模拟手术,可前瞻性了解手术效果,具有非常实用的价值。Objective To explore application of three-dimensional computer-aided design rapid prototyping technique in treatment of zygomatico-maxillary fracture. Methods CT scanning information of two patients with zygomatico-maxillary fracture was imputed into the three-dimensional image workstations to form a three-dimensional reconstruction image. A skull model was made using rapid prototyping technique to guide the surgery in skull model through the three-dimensional reconstruction software. The semi-coronal incision was taken for reduction and fixation of zygomatieo-maxillary fracture. Results Three-dimensional reconstruction in the model can accurately reflect the changes of corresponding marks of zygoma. Based on model designs, the target reset can be accurately achieved. Conclusions The CAD and RP technique was a relatively useful tool that can assist surgeons with reconstruction of the maxillofacial skeleton, especially in repairs of complicated zygomatico-maxillary fracture.
