颌面肥大塑形器在下颌角肥大矫正术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:验证颌面美容整形手术器械——颌面肥大塑形器(专利号:ZL02235963)在下颌角肥大矫正术应用中的安全性和实用性。方法:2002年6月～2008年9月,笔者对512例下颌角肥大求术者在局麻下使用该专利器械施行下颌角肥大矫正术,手术完全采用磨削法对肥大下颌角进行塑形。观察统计术中血管、神经损伤情况、术后并发症发生情况及面部轮廓改形效果。结果:512例求术者中无一例神经、血管意外损伤发生。术中便于操作,术后恢复快、改形效果好。结论:颌面肥大塑形器设计合理,安全性高,大大降低了手术的危险系数,值得推广使用。Objective To validate the safety and practicability of prominent mandibular angle molding instrument in the correction of prominent mandibular angle. Methods From June 2002 to September 2008, 512 patients with prominent mandibular angle were operated with this instrument under local anesthesia. The prominent mandibular angle were corrected by ＂grinding method＂. Vessel and nerve injury incident were observed during the operation. Postoperative complications and the final effect were also viewed. Results No vessel and nerve injury incident happened. Prominent mandibular angle molding instrument was quite convenient for the operation. The postoperative recovery was quick, and the effect was good. Conclusions Prominent mandibular angle molding instrument is well designed with nice safety. Application of this instrument has cut down the danger coefficiect, and deserves generalization.
