新时期高校办公室强化督办职能的思考

摘　　要：督办工作是新时期高校办公室的一项重要职能,做好督办工作对推动办公室工作有着重要的实际意义,它能提高学校工作效率,促进校园和谐建设。因此,在加强高校办公室督办职能的过程中,要建立良好的工作机制、注重督办工作的形式和重点、深入基层调研、抓好督办队伍建设,以期提高督办水平和督办效能。At present, work supervision in the offices of the colleges and universities is an important supervision function essential and practical in promoting the office work, which can improve the efficiency of university work and promote the building of a harmonious campus. As a result, to improve the supervision, colleges and universities in strengthening office supervision should establish good working mechanism, pay attention to the form and focus of the supervision, launch in-depth investigations in the grass-root level and build a good supervision team.
