摘　　要：王志梧在二十世纪八九十年代的戏剧创作以彩调剧为主,他把戏剧创作定位为为农民写戏,把农民放在戏剧创作的中心位置,形成了为农民写戏的戏剧观。王志梧把农民看作彩调剧的表现对象和欣赏者,致力于满足农民欣赏戏剧艺术的渴望,创作出了适合老百姓欣赏习惯的戏剧作品,但并没有仅仅停留在农村农民生活的表面,他对新时期农村存在的矛盾冲突是有所思考的。In 1980s and 1990s, Wang Zhiwu established his dramatic view and focused on the creation of Cai Diao Operas for the farmers. Wang, serving the farmers as the subject and the audience to meet their demand for dramatic arts, succeeded in presenting them popular operas suitable for their taste and profound look through the rural life as well as the awareness of the conflicts in the new country.
