摘　　要：独立学院发展中的重中之重是学风建设,而学风建设中的"软件"是指对学生的思想政治教育,使其能对学习的前途和目的有一个深刻的认识;学风建设中的"硬件"是指对学生的学习情况有一个综合的管理。本文试图从独立学院学风建设的"软件"和"硬件"两个方面进行剖析,对独立学院的学风建设提供一套科学的方法。The essential part of the development of private college is the study style construction. The so-called ＂software＂ of study style construction refers to the politics education which enables the students to know of their future and purpose; the so-ealled＂hardware＂ refers to the administration to the students. The paper tends to analyze the study style construction in ＂software＂ and ＂hardware＂, and to bring up a set of scientific methods to the study style construction of the private college.
