摘 要:[目的]探索在校护理专业学生护理操作技能培养的有效模式。[方法]对我校2004级和2005级在校护生分别采用传统教学模式和以思想教育为先导、护理技能操作预习与演示为动力、强化护生操作训练和严格考核评价为催化剂的综合教学模式。采用无记名调查方式和对护生护理技能操作考核成绩评价的方法进行传统教学和综合教学模式的比较。[结果]2005级护生的学习态度、对护理操作技能的认识明显优于2004级护生。与2004级护生比,2005级护生的护理操作技能成绩明显提高。[结论]以思想教育为先导、护理技能操作预习与演示为动力、强化护生操作训练和严格考核评价为催化剂的综合教学模式明显优于传统的教学模式。Objective: To explore an effective teaching model of nursing technical manipulation for students in schools. Methods: Students of grade 2004 from Guilin medical college were adopted traditional teaching model. And students of grade 2005 of the same college were accepted comprehensive teaching model which included taking thinking education as guidance, preparing before nursing skills and demonstration as motive power, strengthening training and strict examination as catalyst. Then traditional teaching model and comprehensive teaching model were compared by using anonymous investigation and examination evaluation on their performance of nursing skills manipulation. Results: Both learning attitude and recog- nition on nursing technical manipulation of nursing students of 2005 grade were better than that of nursing students of grade 2004. And compared with nursing students of grade 2004, the achievement of examination of nursing students of 2005 grade have elevated remarkably. Conclusion: Comprehensive teaching model is more effective than the traditional teaching model in nursing technical manipulation training.
