摘　　要：叉头盒转录基因M1（forkhead box M1，FoxM1）是细胞增殖特异性转录因子，分为A、B、C三类，促进细胞周期进入S期和M期，并调节基因的转录、染色体的分离以及胞质的分裂，FoxM1的表达同时受细胞周期等的调节。在肺部肿瘤以及其他许多实体性肿瘤中FoxM1都有较高的表达，有研究发现FoxM1在促进癌变以及肿瘤的增殖等方面起着重要的作用。本文综述了FoxM1在肿瘤中的作用及国外应用FoxM1作为靶点治疗肿瘤的最新研究。Forkhead box M1 （FoxM1） is a typical proliferation-associated transcription factor. It has three classes of transcripts,class A,B and C. FoxM1 stimulates proliferation by promoting S-phase entry as well as M-phase entry and is involved in regulating gene transcription, chromosome segregation and cytokinesis. Expression of FoxM1 is regulated by cell cycle. FoxM1 is highly expressed in lung cancer and other solid tumors. Recent researches have found that FoxM1 plays a crucial role in both tumor initiation and progression. This review summarizes effect of FoxM1 on development of cancers and new development of cancer treatment using FoxM1 as a tumor target in other countries.
