都匀亚洲牛带绦虫病患者生化指标的观察

摘　　要：目的观察都匀亚洲牛带绦虫病患者生化指标的改变。方法应用全自动生化分析仪和全自动放射测量仪对都匀亚洲牛带绦虫病患者肝功能指标丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA),肾功能指标尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CREA),血清酶学指标r-谷氨酰转移酶(r-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及肝纤维化指标(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)进行测定和分析。结果都匀亚洲牛带绦虫病患者与对照组相比血清r-GT、ALP、HA、Ⅳ-C显著升高(P<0.05),ALB、PA显著下降(P<0.05)。结论都匀亚洲牛带绦虫病患者肝功能、血清酶学、肝纤维化指标有明显变化。Objective To observation the change of the biochemical index in the patients with Taenia Saginata asiatica. Methods Serum Contents of Liver function index alamine aminotrans ferase （ALT）, total protein （TP）, albumin （ALB）, prealbumin （PA）, renal function index blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, creatinine （CREA）, enzyme index r-glutamyltransferase （r-GT）, alkaline phosphatase （ALP）, hepatic fiberosis index hyaluronic （HA）, type Ⅳ collagen（Ⅳ-C） were detected by total laboratory automation and radioimmunoassay instrument were analyzed. Results Compared with those of the control, the serum enzyme index r-GT, ALP and hepatic fibrosis index HA, Ⅳ-C were increased significantly（P〈0.01）, but the level of ALB and PA were decreased（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The biochemical index of patients with Taenia saginata asiatica, inluding liver function, renal function, serum enzyme and hepatic fibrosis index change significantly.
