摘 要:电网的无功优化问题中有许多不确定的因素,采用常规的单层优化模型和算法,难以获得满意、实用的无功优化方案。本文在双层规划的理论基础上,提出了一种计及负荷不确定性因素影响的无功优化双层规划模型:并构造了求解该模型的可行算法,即运用库恩塔克条件将双层规划转化为一个单层规划,再根据非线性内点法进行求解。对Ward&Hale 6和IEEE 30节点系统进行的仿真计算表明所建立的模型及其算法有效可行。Many uncertain factors exist in reactive power optimization, so it is impossible for the conventional single level optimization model and algorithm to solve such a problem. Based on hi-level programming, the paper proposes a hi-level programming model considering uncertain factors for power system reactive power optimization, and a feasible algorithm to solve this model is constructed, i.e., the hi-level programming problem can be converted into the single level programming problem with its Kuhn-Tncker condition. And the regular nonlinear programming problem can be solved by interior-point method according to the features of interior-point method. This paper applies the method to Ward & Hale 6-bus system and IEEE 30-bus system for doing simulation calculation, results show that the model and algorithm proposed in the paper is effective and feasible.
