摘  要:指出了当前通风空调工程中使用的微穿孔板消声器由于缺乏质量监管而存在消声效果差的问题,介绍了消声器的检测方法。通过实测证实了单层微穿孔板消声器的消声量太小,必须停止使用。双层微穿孔板消声器的实测消声量也小于手册中给出的数值,工程设计中应适当增加其有效长度才能满足消声量要求。Points out the problems of undesirable effects in operation of micropunched plate mufflers in ventilating and air conditioning projects due to lack of adequate quality supervision, and explains an effective testing method for mufflers. Based on actual measurements, proves the sound attenuating capacity of the single-layer micropunched plate muffler is very limited, and therefore its usage should be terminated. Tests the double-layer micropunched plate muffler, the sound attenuating capacity is still lower than that stipulated in the design handbook, so its effective length shall be adequately extended to meet the demand of sound attenuating capacity.
