摘　　要：将当前先进的电机控制专用DSP芯片和矢量控制技术结合平网印花机印花单元来进行研究、分析和应用,开发了技术先进的印花单元专用变频器,实验结果表明所采用的控制方案正确可行,控制系统有较好的动态性能和稳态精度。Special DSP chips for motor control and vector control technology are studied with a view to apply them in the printing unit of flat screen printing machine, and a technologically advanced frequency converter specific for the printing unit is developed so that the control system has good dynamic performance and reliable accuracy.
