摘  要:用块茎根尖、试管苗根尖及组培移栽苗匍匐茎尖为材料鉴定马铃薯的倍性,结果表明:利用匍匐茎尖作为材料,用饱和的对二氯溶液处理10-12h后,用改良的卡洛氏固定液固定24h,用1M的HCl60℃解离10-15min,进行染色15-20min,效果很好,表明在不易取材或材料稀少的情况下,用匍匐茎尖制片是一个鉴定马铃薯染色体数的有效经济的方法。The potato-ploidy was identified from the creeping rootstock,foot tip and foot tip of tissue culture respectively. These issue rootstocks were treated by Colchicine,8-Hydroxyquinoline, saturated 1,4-dichlorobenzene and ice-water for 12h,fixed by improved Cacnoy for 24 h,later dispelled for 10-15 min, stained by Carbol fuehsin 15-20 rain, the results showed that the method that creeping rootstock was better material,it could be treated better by 1,4-diehlorobenzene When there had many germplasm resources need to identify but rare material was better.
