摘　　要：基底细胞癌（BCC）是最常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤之一。与其他恶性肿瘤比较雨言，它具有生长缓慢、对局部组织破坏性、侵袭性很强及几乎不发生转移的生物学特征。Kai1基因是1995年发现的一种肿瘤抑制基因，近年研究认为该基因与多种肿瘤的转移有关。目前，BCC的生物学特征是人们研究的热点和重点，Kai1基因与BCC的发生、发展、生物学特征的相关性研究尚未见报道。Basal cell carcinoma （BCC） is the one of the most common malignant tumor of the skin. Compared with other malignancies, It has biological characteristics of slow - growing, high destructiveness and invasiveness to local organizations and scarely transfer. Kai1 gene was found in 1995 as a tumor suppressor gene, In recent years,the study concluded that Kai1 gene was correlated with metastasis of multiple tumor. At present,The biological characteristics of BCC has been the hot spot and the focus to study by many scientists, there was no report about the relationships between Kai1 gene and occurrence and development and biological characteristics of BCC.
