摘　　要：现今已经确认多种肿瘤-睾丸抗原（CTA）基因在同一种肿瘤组织中表达，而在睾丸以外的其他正常组织几乎不表达，正因为其表达特点，肿瘤-睾丸抗原成为研究热点。现从具有代表性的肿瘤-睾丸抗原SSX、NY-ESO-1、BRDT及MAGE-C2基因，阐述在胃癌等恶性肿瘤中的表达及应用予以综述。It is known that many cancer-testis antigen （CTA） genes are expressed in the same type of tumor tissues, and scarely expressed in the normal tissue outside of testicle. So,tumor-testis antigen is becoming the hot spot just because of its expression feature. This article reviews the expression and application of CTA genes in malignant tumor including gastric tumor, such as SSX, NY-ESO-1, BRDT and MAGE-C2.
