γ-catenin与CD44V6表达对原发性肝细胞肝癌的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨γ-catenin与CD44V6蛋白表达与原发性肝细胞肝癌临床病理特征的关系及其意义。方法采用免疫组化MaxvisionTM二步法,检测原发性肝细胞性肝癌中γ-catenin与CD44V6蛋白表达。结果42例原发性肝细胞癌γ-catenin和CD44V6阳性表达率分别为47.6%和52.3%,肝内转移者、肝门淋巴结转移者、门静脉有转移组γ-cate-nin和CD44V6阳性表达率与肝内无转移者、肝门淋巴结无转移者、门静脉无转移者比较有显著性差异,γ-catenin和CD44V6阳性表达率与肿瘤大小和分级无关。42例原发性肝细胞肝癌中γ-catenin阳性表达率为47.6%,癌旁组织阳性表达率为83.3%,两组比较有显著性差异。结论γ-catenin和CD44V6在原发性肝细胞肝癌的侵袭和转移中起重要作用,检测两者的表达情况是判断原发性肝细胞肝癌转移能力的重要指标,γ-catenin缺失和异常表达是肝组织恶变的早期事件,因此γ-catenin是诊断早期原发性肝细胞肝癌的有效指标之一。Objective To study the relationship between the expression of γ- catenin and CD44V6 and the clinic patho- logical features in the priary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Expression of γ - catenin and CD44V6 was detected in the tissues from hepatocellular carcinoma by using the immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate of γ- catenin and CD44V6 was 47.6% and 52.3% , respectively, in the tissues from 42 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression of the γ- catenin and CD44V6 was significantly correlated with the intrahepatic metastasis, node metastasis in the hepatic hilar region and portal vein metastasis, whereas size and pathological grade were not correlated with the expression of the γ- catenin and CD44V6. The expression of the γ- catenin in the para - cancerous tissues was 83.3% , which was significantly higher than that in the tissues from the hepatocellular carcinoma. Conclusion γ- catenin and CD44V6 might play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Detection of the γ- catenin and CD44V6 may be useful in the estimating of the metastatic potentials. Loss of or down - regulated expression of the γ - catenin is an early event in the malignant trans- formation of hepatic cells.
