跨国公司在华研发投资的区位决定因素——基于中国规模以上工业企业面板数据的实证研究

摘　　要：伴随在华跨国研发投资的增加及其作用显现,跨国研发投资的区位决定因素是一个急待揭示的课题。文章基于中国规模以上工业企业面板数据的实证研究表明,市场规模、市场竞争程度、FDI的区位分布是在华跨国研发投资的重要区位决定因素,当地政府研发支持及其政策环境也有很大的影响。同时验证,跨国公司在华研发投资主要是为了支持其在华的市场营销和生产。基于研究的政策建议为强化市场竞争、区别对待不同类型的跨国研发。Accompanied by transnational R＆D investment and its role in the increase in China, the location determinants of transnational R＆D investment is a pressing reveals issue. Based on the big size of China＇s industrial enterprises, the Empirical Study of panel data shows that the size of the market, the degree of market competition, the regional distribution of FDI in China are important location determinants of transnational R＆D investment. The local government R＆D support and policy environment has greatly affected the transnational R＆D investment. At the same time certification, TNCs R＆D investment in Ghina is mainly in order to support its marketing and production in China. Based on the empirical study, it is policy recommendations to strengthen competition in the market, differential treatment of different types of transnational R＆D.
