摘　　要：传统的纸质印刷出版物在数字时代发生了重大变化,电子出版物、网络出版物相继问世,学报编辑出版的工作流程完全可以依赖于计算机和网络技术实现数字化出版,学报的数字出版具有编辑制作过程数字化和终端产品形态数字化双重含义。与学报出版密切相关的管理信息系统、条形码技术、电子轻印刷技术、数据安全技术等数字技术,已经在编辑实践中得以广泛应用。数字技术为缩短学报出版周期提供可能,是发展电子版学术期刊的必要条件,为文献检索自动化奠定了基础,并支持学报的网络传输和出版,数字技术应成为学报编辑的必修课。The traditional paper prints have changed greatly in digital times. Electronic books and cyber books came out successively. So the process of journal editing can wholy rely on computers and cyber technology to realize digitized publishing. The digitized publishing of journals has double meaning of the digitization of editing process and the digitization of end products forms. Some digital technologies closely connected with journal publishing such as the management system, zip code technology, electronic light printing technology and data safety technology, have already widely applied in the practice of journal editing. Digital technology makes it possible for the shortening of publishing period of the journals and is the necessary condition to develop electronic academic periodicals, which lays foundation for document indexing automation and supports the cyber transmission and publishing of the journals. So digital technology should become a compulsory course for journal editors.
