高聚金葡素联合顺铂治疗84例肺癌所致胸腔积液的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察高聚金葡素联合顺铂治疗肺癌所致胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法将84例肺癌合并胸腔积液患者随机分为3组，尽量抽尽胸腔积液至不易抽出为止，A组胸腔内注入高聚金葡素3200～4000u，B组胸腔内注入顺铂80～100mg，C组胸腔内注入高聚金葡素3200-4000u＋顺铂80～100mg，3～5d重复用药1次，连用3～4次后观察疗效。结果3组总有效率分别为53．6％、57．1％、82．1％，C组总有效率明显高于A组与B组，A组与c组、B组与C组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而A组与B组两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论高聚金葡素联用顺铂治疗肺癌所致胸水疗效肯定、安全，是治疗肺癌所致胸水较好的方法之一，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of highly agglutinative staphylococcin（HASL） combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant hydrothorax. Methods Eighty four patients with malignant hydrothorax were randomly divided into A group,B group and C group. After completely depleting malignant pleural effusion, A group patients were slowly injected with HASL 3 200-4 000u only,B group patients were slowly injected cisplatin 80-100mg only and C group were slowly injected with HASL 3 200-4 000u＋cisplatin 80-100mg into the thoracic cavity. Results The response rate of A group,B group and C group was 53.6%,57.1% and 82.1% respectively there was obvious difference between A group and C group（P〈0.05） ,and between B group and C group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion HASL combined with cisplatin is effective in treating malignant hydrothorax. It is worthy of spreading.
