摘  要:Detecting the absorbance and fluorescence intensity of rose pigment ethanol solution at different pH,the results show that rose pigment ethanol solution has optimal absorbance and fluorescence intensity at pH=1.0.It has a maximum absorbance peak at 275nm in ultraviolet area,530nm in visible area,respectively.The maximum excitation wavelength is at 510nm,the maximum emission wavelength is at 570nm in fluorescence spectra.But the intensities of fluorescence and UV-Vis absorbance gradually decrease when pH values are at range of 1.0±3.5.Detecting the absorbance and fluorescence intensity of rose pigment ethanol solution at different pH, the results show that rose pigment ethanol solution has optimal absorbance and fluorescence intensity at pH = 1.0.
