摘　　要：阿尔茨海默氏病是一种由于脑的神经细胞死亡而造成的神经性疾病,随着病情的发展,认知能力将逐渐丧失,同时可能出现行为困难的情况。目前65岁以上的痴呆症患病率为5%～10%,而且仍在增长之中。据统计,当今世界有5 000多万老年人患有不同程度的老年性痴呆症。Alzheimer disease is a neuropathic illness by the demise of cerebra＇s nerve cell. With aggravation of the dis- ease,ability of cognition will gradually decreased and may cause physical handicap. There are 5% - 10% old peoples over sixty- five years agonized by this disease and still are increasing,which statistieaUy means more than 50 million people in the world with different degree Alzheimer disease.
