摘　　要：分析了导致我国农民法律意识薄弱的种种因素,提出了解决的办法,即加快农村经济发展,建立法治环境,使民间规范合法化,加速我国农村文化事业的发展,加强普法力度、拓宽普法渠道、营造良好氛围等措施,它对提高农民法律意识,建设社会主义新农村有着一定的理论和实践意义。This article analyzes some factors that affect China＇s weak legal awareness of the farmers. Then some solutions have put forward. They are as follows： speeding up rural economic development, the establishment of rule of law ,the legalization of norms of civil, cultural undertakings in rural areas to speed up the development of the law popularization efforts and strengthening and broadening channels for law popularization. To create a good atmosphere has a theoretical and practical significance to improving the legal awareness of the farmers and building a new socialist countryside.
