结肠粘膜扫描电镜观察的临床意义

摘　　要：目的：对术前经肠道净化准备与未经肠道净化准备的结肠粘膜进行观察。方法：采用扫描电镜对其进行观察并评估临床实用意义。结果：①未经净化的肠道粘膜上有细菌和原虫的三维形象；②经净化者肠粘膜超微结构保存良好。结论：扫描电镜可用于确定术前肠道准备的效果评估，有益于判定手术的成功。Objective:To study changes of the colonic mucosa in preoperative bowel preparation.Methods:The mucosa of colon was observed with scanning electron microscope.Results:①There were 3dimensional figures of bacteria and protozoa on noncleaned colonic mucosa,and ②the mucosal ultrastructure of the cleaned colon was well preserved.Conclusion:The scanning electron microscope could be used to evaluate the effects of bowel preparation,and is helpful to assess the results of surgical intervention.
