摘　　要：科学有效的就业指导是帮助医学生顺利就业的重要手段。开设就业指导课是进行就业指导的重要内容和关键环节。本文结合对广西医科院校2003级学生开设就业指导课的调查,审视和思考在课程改革的原则、课程重要性、课程内容的取舍、课程设置的时间、课程形式以及师资队伍等方面出现的一些问题进行探讨,对适应就业形势和满足大学生就业需求,提高大学生就业竞争力,具有现实的指导意义。The scientific and effective employment guidance is an important way to help medical students find a job. The course is an important part and key link for employment guidance. The paper based on the investigations of employment guiding course for the Guangxi medical college students in grade 2003, examed and thought some valuable problems,which happened in the principles of reformation, the importance of curriculum, the choice of curricular content, the curricular time, the form of courses and teachers. It has a practical significance for promoting competitiveness of college students and meeting the employment needs of students.
