摘　　要：知识产权素养偏低是目前各高校存在的现实问题,主要体现在认识不足、缺乏了解途径、对侵权现象认识不够等。这需要高校从宣传、管理、资金、普及教育等方面入手切实提高高校师生的知识产权素养,加强对自身权益的保护。It is a practical problem that the intellectual property literacy is low in colleges and univercities, and it includes lacking of awareness, absence of of channels understanding, insufficient understanding of the violations and other issues. This requires colleges and universities effectively improve the quality of intellectual property rights from the publicity, management, funding, universal education, and other aspects, and strengthen the protection to their own rights and interests.
