摘 要:本研究采用放射性生物微球技术以99mTC标记赡蜍红细胞生物微球为示踪剂测量了犬正常牙髓组织的血流量。结果表明:切牙、尖牙、第一磨牙牙髓血流量的均值分别为0.66,0.54和0.60(m1/ming),三者间差异无显著性;牙髓血流量上颌稍高于下颌,这种差异只在切牙具有显著性意义。本研究证实99mTc标记的赡蜍红细胞生物微球可用于牙髓血流量的放射性微球技术测定。The blood flows of normal dental pulps of dogs were measured with radioactive microsphere technique (RMT)using self-made 99mTc-labelled toad red blood cells as tracers. The results indicated that the average pulpal blood flows of incisors, canines and the first molars were 0.66ml/min/g, 0. 54ml/min/g and 0. 60ml/min/g respectively, there were no significant differences among them. The pulpal blood flows were a bit higher in maxillary teeth than in mandibular teeth, but significant difference only existed in incisors. This study suggested that the 99mTc-labelled red blood cell microspheres could be used in the measrement of pulpal blood flow with RMT.
