CT定位在射频温控热凝术治疗三叉神经痛中的应用

摘　　要：报道了进行射频温控治疗三叉神经痛的过程中采用CT定位的技术和方法，及其临床应用效果和体会。作者认为与传统的穿刺过程和定位方法相比较，应用CT定位方法能使术者避免反复多次穿刺，减少盲目性，能完全客观地显示定位的正确与否，弥补了传统定位方法的缺陷，避免由此引起的一系列并发症，此外，能依据CT定位图像准确穿刺针深度及其在卵圆孔内的位置，使治疗效果更确切。鉴于该方法的客观性和实用性，我们认为值得在临床上推广应用，至于该方法远期临床效果有待进一步报道。We think that, contrasted to common position method and traditional practice,CT guiding position can avoid repeated puncture and reduce blindness,It could trace whether the position is correct or incorrect objectively. So it overcame the disadvantages of common position method and it's complication. More over,upon CT position image,It is possible to know the accurate depth of puncture needle and the precise position within foramen ovale. It made more suitable therapeutic effect' Due to it's objective and available property,we suggested it be popularized clinically,but the long-term clinical results must be investigated furtherly.
