摘  要:以中层领导者为研究对象,利用SPSS统计软件进行多元层次回归分析,研究高层管理者的信任和支持对领导者职业兴趣与领导绩效之间关系的影响。结果发现,高层管理者的信任和支持,对艺术取向、习俗取向、经营取向与领导绩效之间的关系有调节作用。在高层管理者的信任和支持高的情况下,艺术取向和经营取向与领导绩效显著正相关;在高层管理者的信任和支持低的情况下,习俗取向与领导绩效显著正相关。The research objects of this study are middle-level leaders. This paper studies the impact of top managers' trust and support on the relationship between vocational interest and leader's performance the Hierarchical Multiple Regression by SPSS through The result shows that top managers' trust and support has moderating effect on relations between artistic interest and leader's performance, conventional interest and leader's performance, en high, artistic interest terp and rising interest and leader's performance. When top managers' trust and support is enterprising interest are positive related with leader's performance significantly; When top managers' trust and support is low, conventional interest are positive related with leader's performance significantly.
