摘 要:针对某型飞机锥阀式单向阀在地面工作过程中的振动问题,提出了一种基于阀结构参数优化的消振方法。根据阀芯受力情况建立了锥阀式单向阀的动力学模型,验证了阀芯在特定工作位置的振动现象,分析了造成阀芯振动的原因,并提出通过改变锥阀式单向阀锥角、座面长度和阀芯质量来消振,仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。Aimed at the vibration of cone-valve typed one-way valve during operation on the earth, a vibration weakening method based on the structure parameter optimization of valve was presented. According to stress situation of valve-core, the dynamics model of cone-valve typed one-way valve was set up, it proofs the vibration situation of valve-core at a certain operation position. The reason of vibration was analyzed, and the method of vibration weakening by changing the cone angle of cone-valve typed one-way valve, the length of seat surface and the quality of valve-core was presented. The emulation result certifies that this method is validity.
