摘 要:高炉布料装置结构复杂、人员无法接近,且由于特殊的环境因素,常用的振动诊断方法难以实施。笔者以布料系统驱动电机的定子电流作为信号分析的切入点,提取传动系统的特征频率。由于电流信号的故障表现形式常以调制信号为主,而调制信号具有循环平稳信号的特点,尝试采用循环平稳分析方法对电流信号进行分析和解调。现场测试和分析的结果表明,采用该种方法能够有效抑制电流信号的工频成分,分离和提取状态特征,提高了采用电流法进行故障诊断的准确性。The distributing device of blast furnace possesses complex structure, the traditional vibration method cannot be used for the fault diagnosis. The the stator current of the driving motor was used to analyze the device and extract the condition features. Because current signals present a modulation representation when the failure appears, and the modulated signals possess the features of cyclostationary, so the eyclostationary method was applied for analyzing and demodulating current signals. A practical application indicates that the cyelostationary method can suppress line frequency component, and extract fault features effectively and increase the analysis accuracy.
