先天畸形368例危险因素分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨先天畸形发生的危险因素。【方法】对2006～2007两年间在北京妇产医院分娩的368例先天畸形儿进行1：2配比病例对照研究。应用SPSS13．0软件对调查因素进行单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。【结果】先天畸形的主要危险因素是TORCH病毒感染（OR=2．03），羊水异常（OR=6．05），唐氏筛查高危（OR=2．62），孕早期发热（OR=4．07），不良生育史（OR=3．17），产前检查较晚或未做（OR=7．97）。【结论】先天畸形是一种多因素的疾病。TORCH病毒感染、羊水量异常、唐氏筛查高危、孕早期发热、不良生育史、产前检查较晚或未做是先天畸形的危险因素。[Objective] To explore the possible risk factors for congenital malformations. [Methods] A hospital based 1 ： 2 matched ease-control study was conducted by using the data from Beijing obstetrics and gynecology hospital. 368 cases were accrued for the study. Univariate and multivariate conditional logistic regression analyses were performed using SPSS 13.0. [Result] Major risk factors for congenital malformations were TORCH infection （OR= 2.03）, polyhydramnios or oligohydramnios （OR=6.05）, abnormal Down＇s screening （OR=2.62）, fever during first trimester （OR= 4.07）, bad history of delivery （OR=3.17）, delayed or no prenatal examination （OR=7.97）. [Conclusions] Congeniatal malformations are caused by multiple risk factors. TORCH infection, polyhydramnios or oligohydramnios, abnormal Down＇s screening, fever during first trimester, bad history of delivery, delayed or no prenatal examination are risk factors.
