Measurement and Analysis of Aerobic and Anaerobic Capacity of Chinese Fencing Elite

摘  要:在北京奥运会集训期间,对国家队3个剑种男女重点运动员最大摄氧量和WAnT无氧功率进行测定。结果显示:花剑运动员最大摄氧量最高,女佩运动员最低。WAnT测试,峰功率男佩运动员显著高于男重和男花运动员;平均功率男花和男佩运动员显著高于男重运动员;功率衰减率从大到小依次为男佩运动员、男重运动员和男花运动员。女运动员中,峰功率无显著性差别,平均功率女花运动员显著高于其他两组,功率衰减率女佩运动员最高。WAnT测试后血乳酸峰值在同性别组间无差异,峰值出现时间为测试后8-10 min。提示:不同剑种运动员无氧及有氧能力不同,男运动员间差异尤为突出。During the assemble for training for Beijing Olympic Games, it determined the VO2max and WAnT of male and female key fencers of the Chinese National Fencing Team in three kinds of fencing events. The results show that the VO2max of foil fencers is higher than any other fencers, while the VO2max of female sabreurs is the lowest; as for WAnT, the peak power value of male sabreurs is significantly higher than those of male epeeists and foilsmen, the average power values of both foilsmen and male sabreurs are remarkably higher than that of male epeeists ; the order of power attenuation percentages from high to low are male sabreurs, male epeeists and male foil fencers; there are no notable differences among three kinds of different female fencers in peak power values, but the average power value of foilswomen is obviously higher than those of other two kinds of female fencers, and the power attenuation percentage of female sabreurs is the highest; there exist no differences not only among male groups, but also among female groups in peak blood lactic concentration after WANT, the peak appears at 8-10 min after the teat. All these indicate that the aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity of the above three kinds of fencers are different, especially for male fencers.
