摘  要:入窑生料的稳定和精确的控制关系到烧成系统热工制度的稳定。流量调节阀开度与流量大小的线性关系以及调节系统对系统滞后性的处理,对采用流量调节阀和固体流量计组成的计控系统的稳态性能和动态性能起着至关重要的影响;而采用解耦控制模式的流量调节阀+定量给料机系统能进一步提高入窑生料系统的稳定性和动态指标性能。Stability of feeding raw meal and its accurate controlling is related to the stability of thermal constitution for pyroprocessing system.Linear relationship between the openness of flow regulator and the flow rate,as well as the hysteretic treatment to operation system by the regulating system will result in important influence to the homeostatic performance and dynamic performance of the computing control system composed by flow regulators and solid flow meters.In case to adopt system composed by flow regulator plus quantitative feeder which is in decoupling control mode can further improve the stability and dynamic performance of the feeding raw meal system.
