摘　　要：论述采用N沟道VMOS开关管构成的功率步进电动机驱动电源的设计,给出了电源中的斩波限流电路和调频调压电路.实验证明,该新型驱动装置的运行频率、矩频特性、效率等明显优于同类产品.In this paper, the design of drive power supply for power stepping motor is described. It uses n-channel VMOSFET switching devices. The chop current limited circuit and frequency and voltage adjusted circuit are presented. The experiment illustrates that operation frequency torque-frequency characteristics, efficiency etc of the new driving unit is superior to the same one.
