摘　　要：从系统功能语言学的人际意义角度出发,在语气和情态两个子系统的框架内,分析了英国首相丘吉尔在二战初期的一篇著名的政治演讲"关于希特勒入侵苏联的讲话",揭示了说服性政治演讲这一独特语篇类型的人际意义特点。From the perspective of the interpersonal meaning in Systemic Functional Linguistics, this paper analyses the famous ＂Speech on Hitler＇ s Invasion of the USSR＂ by Winston Churchill at the beginging in the Second World War under the framework of mood and modality systems in order to reveal the features of this kind of persuasive political speech in the interpersonal meaning.
