摘　　要：宫颈癌是发生在全球妇女中仅次于乳腺癌的第2个常见的恶性肿瘤,位居发展中国家女性恶性肿瘤之首。放射治疗是宫颈癌的主要治疗方式,但放射性直肠损伤的发生严重影响了患者的放疗依从性。本文综述了放射性直肠损伤的发生机制、诊断标准、影响因素、治疗方式及预防措施。Cervical carcinoma is the second common malignant tumor of women all over the world which is next to mammary carcinoma, and is the first malignant tumor of women in the developing country. Radiation therapy is a suc- cessful and most important treatment for cervical cancer, but radiation rectal injury seriously inhibit patient＇s abedi- ence. This review studys radiation rectal injury pathogenesis, diagnostic measure, associated factors, treatment and prevention.
